There was around 15 of them, after I took the photo I counted them. The plan Gobs is errmmm, scratching head,  :?  I do have a container with banned substance in, an old boy gave to me, thats one thought, the other is to plant in another area, but then the ground is not prepared. I think I will give it a little longer, perhaps a couple of weeks, and give them another go elswhere. At first I thought cabbage root fly, as me beans were next to my brassicas, but in researching it appears to be this rascal, I cant imagine I am the only one to be hit, they must be elswhere on site so I will be investigating this weekend depending on how much we drink on sunday night in Manc.

Well, fingers cross for you, as we get maggots but they are in the seeds and young seedlings, so outdoor sowings are often useless, but never had in plants. How long have they been out for?
