Sorry about the capitals peeps but ground frost risk needs highlighting. Thought you all should know so you can bubblewrap your tenders, just done my toms, & carrots, cucs already snuggled. It could be a false alarm but I'm not wanting to take the risk  :!: Ps, I'm NW UK.

Yep, all wrapped up or put back in greenhouse. Gives possibility of frost for next few nights.

oh *. Mine are still outside. Oh gawd, last thing I wanted tonight was to go humping more plants about. Been on a plant stall all day and it was freezing

I've only got spuds and courgettes and am hopefully far enough down south?
Hampshire region should escape any frost tonight, although it is going to be chilly with the clear skies.

Better safe than sorry. It's forecast cold (5C), and clear here so I'm taking no chances.
My cucumbers are in desperate need of potting on, but my conservatory is full to bursting. I guess I'll have to move the furniture out next time ;)

Edit: not meaning you bb, just me, don't know what's forecast for you.
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".

Slight frost here, more on the dry stuff than the grass. I missed two of Mum's tomatoes but they were close to her south facing wall and escaped.
Thermometer on shed said min 5C.

Just been out to bring the tomatoes in. Put them in the shed overnight. Newbie question, but will they be okay in there? I am thinking the shed is warmer than outside, so it cant do them any harm.
