My husbands keen to get a couple of geese to go with our ducklings and chicks!
Do they require any specialist looking after or are they similar to ducks and chickens?

The white geese look lovely, what is their breed?

they need plenty of grass  

My geese actually seem to make less mess than my ducks

no not really like vember said they just need plenty of grass for grazing
there are normally a few breeds of white geese . mine are embden geese but other white ones can be roman geese or even chinese geese . but great fun mine have just started following me about today there loverly .

Once they start following you that's it !! It'll be hard to leave them alone    

Baby Monty is shouting for me now as i type, I'm in & out like a yoyo

ive had them running after me all over the garden today !! its so sweet of them thinking im there mother lol are they allowed to come out in the garden for about 30mins a day ?? i dont wont them to get to cold .

As long as it's not raining they should be fine, i've had little Monty out every day since he was 2 days old the longest we've stayed out is an hour today he's a week old tomorrow

Don't forget to take some water with you though
