They're "best" steamed, but I think they're awful, I have boxes of them sitting in the freezer waiting for me to run out of absolutely everything else before I eat them, interesting shape though and the flowers are pretty, but I won't bother again unless I put them in flower pots!

I've eaten a few nasturtium leaves, didn't mind them, they were eating my garden at the time so it seemed like a good idea!

Has anyone tried saving seed from them?  They're very pretty, but you only get a few seeds in each packet, and I'm not buying more just for the experiment!  If I do like them, I'd like to be able to keep them going.

I have about a dozen coming up in pots, I think I´ll put them in the flowerbed instead of the veg patch.    Wonder what the neighbours will think of them?
