sideways on, sorry ladies but at least I have sort of learned how to put them on after 5 months    They have grown up now into pretty ladies, sadly the dark one at the front grew into a handsome cockerel and I had to have him put down. But the girls are happy, healthy, and extremely freindly. Shout grapes and they all come running like excited children
