I am planning on re-using the soil from my 30L potato tubs on the lawn next year (or this back end?) on some bare patches on the front lawn. I know that tiny pots will start to sprout next year but would mowing the lawn kill them off?

Have you got a riddle/sieve you could put it through first, that would remove old roots as well as missed tubers?
