Cheese omelettes with salad and chips.  Got 18 eggs reduced in the little Deli down the road from the shop so have to use them up.

Chicken curry with lots of plot spinach.  We had rice and a yogurt, onion and fresh coriander salad with it.

Smoked salmon pasta bake with a crispy breadcrumb topping.  Well that's what the recipe says, we'll see.   All items from out of the freezer, cupboard, so a cheap meal.

freezer surprise - which will involve oven chips. If I can't find anything there's always the dippy egg option.

Spotted a cabbage that needed harvesting, so mince, tatties & cabbage, not ideal for 30deg heat but must be endured  :D
