Cheeseburgers and onions in a crusty roll.  The new bakers in the village makes them and all their bread   products are lovely.  Can't say the same about the Belgian buns though as they  are too big and the fruit is     only in the centre.  He only opened last Monday so we'll give him time to sort things out.

Chicken and mushroom in a pepper sauce - just not sure on the carb at the moment, not really in the mood for spuds.

Yesterday I roasted half a chicken with cajun seasoning, with roast potatoes and salad.
I made the left-over chicken into a curry for today and some for the freezer.

Need to cook some greying mince so I might freeze the leftover chicken from yesterday and do some sort of spicy mince and rice tonight.
