Hello everyone

I’m new on here and fairly new to growing my own. I’m looking for advice about my runner beans. Some of the leaves are turning yellow and brown, they also look like they’ve been nibbled but I can’t see any bugs on any of the plants. I’ll try and add a photo. Any advice thankfully received.

Could be a bit of wind damage if you’ve had winds like we’ve had.

Runner beans have two types of leaves. The big seed leaves which appear first and later die off after the true leaves appear as the plant grows. Your picture looks like seed leaves. If that is the case you may not have a problem.

Thanks both.....we have had winds and expecting more tonight, unfortunately I can’t move them anywhere else. They are against a wall, but living on top of a mountain in welsh wales what can you do 😃
