First year we have done any good with these. Brilliant it was lovely too

Best bit was it smelt like a swede. 3 1/2lb my top weight for swede this year. 

Hubby says we have about 6 more all the same size.

well done, we make stwnch rwdan with ours,(mash with carrot/potato) jealous as i did,nt plant any this year. handy to as you can just pull when needed.

Well done - am really jealous. I would love to grow a decent swede. Mine are always scraggy thin things.

Wow I'm really struggling to get big veg my celeriac are golf balls again despite feeding. I guess I just need to keep improving the soil every year and eventually I'll get whoppers too
