Im not sure if i should ask about ducks in the hen house but im sure i will get some advice .
I just want to know will ducks lay their eggs in a nest box? Just that they seem to just lay them all over im thinking about getting a small kennel type for them to lay in.
But will they lay in there?

Ducks don't use a nest box. So people usually keep them in their house till later in the morning so that most of them have laid by then.

Nope, they won't use a nestbox.

Mine usually lay all the eggs for the day in a hollow of straw and cover them over so be careful where you walk. I find when one has laid the others will put theirs in the same place.  If I put a pile of shavings in a corner of the stable they tend to use that.  They have normally finished by 9am so keep them in till then.  

If a duck sits on eggs to hatch them you can't move her you must build a safe area round her till they hatch

Mine also lay their eggs on the floor of the coop or in the corner of the stable sheltery thing.
