Hello all
           My main crop potatoes have flowered and there are small fruits on them.
           Should I take them off? and will the potatoes still be alright.

You don't need to take the fruits off especially if you have a lot of potatoes, but it makes sense to divert all the plants energy into tuber formation than seed production if you did.

Don't worry about them, except if you have small children who might eat them - they're poisonous.

I don't think they make any difference to the size of the crop.
