Don't fret JayG, My Incredible last year had 2 out of 60 that ended up strange. It was a fantastic crop and very, very tasty, with many plants double cobbing on a spacing of only a foot each way for wind support reasons as they do grow quite tall.

We had superb results with incredible, wont grow anything else from now on.

I'm doing incredible and blooming butcher this year with is a red variety, never grown anything other than the yellow ones before, hopefully they should turn out well, they a seem healthy so far, except the earlier ones I planted arnt as big as the later ones

You do realise that the red  corn is usually ground into flour, rather than eaten as sweetcorn?

It does look gorgeous though

Gulp - not sure I really want to hear the answer, but I'll ask 'why?' anyway please Mum. 

A lot of my plants had weird combinations of cob/tassels which resulted in a poor crop that year. Enough to put me off growing it again..............
