Rhubarb leaves contain oxalic acid and glycosides which are poisonous.  However, I have been wondering myself whether addition of "stewed rhubarb" would be alright in small doses and mixed in with say mash - whether they'll eat it is another thing.

Personally I wouldn't risk it. Also as its a new taste and smell they probably won't touch it anyway, They seem to have an extra sense as to what's not good to eat.
