hi all ,, was going to spray my potatoes to day..but it rained last night..can you still spay them when its wet  ty

Why would you want to spray them? There's no reported outbreaks on the map and only one member hundreds of miles away from you has had a report.

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

reason being DD is,,i found a few plants with yelowy brown leaves and the next plot to me a whole plant was black an rotten,,,so i though      blight      but havent sprayed them as yet

There are no officially reported outbreaks of blight in the country as yet.

What you describe sounds more like blackleg and no amount of spraying will control it.

That's not a problem.

I don't have an issue spraying against blight, but I don't like spraying unnecessarily. That's why I suggest keeping an eye on the blight maps and playing a waiting game.

Potatoes have a lot of problems and they're often not down to the "B" word!
