Had a look at the strawberry patch today , I was waiting for all the leaves to die back , however not only are they looking green a growing but there are dozens of little green strawberryies forming ??

Several years i have picked and eaten half a dozen alpine strawbs on that day.

Hi Arugula,You really can't beat a BBQ what ever the weather, or time of year can you, we love it

We love it too. The rain can present a bit of a problem at times though.

Ah the good lady wife bought me a small two metre square pop up waterproof gazeebo so we can just carry on  would like something permanent though, maybe when I've done my other million jobs and saved some penny's

I have been out in the snow smoking fish and my smoker is a converted barbeque , does that qualify ?
