Even with the cooler recent weather; the squashes have been going great.

Spaghetti squash have been going nuts with a dozen from 1 plant already of mostly good size. Much better than last year.

Turbans are bearing a good number as is Invincible with the Onion squash now quickly catching up.

The Atlantic Giant has at long last decided to grow something worth while.....beware!! :)

Peel and cut the wheel into 2 halves.

Chop into small chunks and pop into stews, curries or roast with herbs in the oven.

yum!

My squash have grown like mad things and put off loads and loads of fruit - which have been there for weeks but haven't grown any bigger. They're the size of tomatoes and showing no signs of getting any bigger :(
