I received my Solent White from the Isle of Wight Garlic Farm earlier this week and they look like DDs pic about - the same size and perfectly formed. Got my Music bulbs from Really Garlicky today and they are much smaller and more varied in quality. Will be interesting to see what results I get from the two types. There are 2 cloves of the Music which are HUGE, though, so I may have to mark where they go in and see if they end up bigger than the others.

I will try and resist planting until the end of October to prevent them growing too much greenery.

I have three bulbs so will stagger them. One in today another end of Sept and third mid to late oct as an experiment for next year
