When could I expect my my 7 week old chicks to cluck and not cheep?

my light sussex still cheeped until they were around 11-14 weeks, now they make an awful 'bwaaaaaaakkkk' sound

My Speckled sussex didn't cluck til she was near POL so probably about 18 weeks or so.
