Good afternoon everyone,    our pencil sized leeks, will they continue to grow when the spring comes round or just shoot to seed, or shall I Gurgle for a recipe?

Think that is a personal choice linked to how big they are and how many you have available to make soup etc. I would normally use all of the plant that looks white or pale green avoiding ragged or particularly rough tops.
