on return from Holiday I have one huge courgette
can it be eaten, if so how ?

also whilst I was away my Cauli's have gone over and Brocoli has gone to seed, they were both just starting to show heads when I left 20 days ago

the courgette can be eaten, just treat it like a marrow. i usually scoop the seeds out and fill it with mince and rice and bake it in the oven, the kids love it or chop it up and make soup.

Be warned though, the taste is even worse, than when they are young.
