To make it worse he hasn't even got round to plugging in the torch! ::)

Now I just need to think of a punishment that fits the crime!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

Hi all
these are my chilli's after three weeks got them from poundland three packs for a pound

You need to get some foil behind your seedlings in order to stop then going leggy and moving towards the light.

Was thinking more along the lines of where rather than when! ;)

The first have now germinated :D

Happy Days, I have just returned from my holiday's to discover I have 10 chili plants germinated in my absence.  I have to admit they are a bit leggy but hey I am one happy gardener  8)

Now all I need to work out is do I keep all ten  ::)

Why does that always happen while you're away?
We come from the earth, we return to the earth, and in between we garden.

I put mine in a plastic container with some wet kitchen paper on the bottom, and transferred them when they made roots and the first leaves to a pot with normal soil.

There were some with fungus but I just threw those away.

That was some time ago. (10th of february). They came within two weeks. All varieties. It's pretty warm inside my house.

This is them now. I don't use grow lights or anything so they grow quite slow.
