hi i am new here obviously and just wanted to know if anyone on this site breeds african blue quail..i wish to purchase a pair of these birds or any eggs that anyone may wish to sell......great site by the way

Hi Kenny welcome to the site, my neighbour has quail running around the bottom of his avery, I'll ask him what type they are for you.

Interesting that blue quail are mentioned as for the past two years we have purchased some for fattening. They cost the same...one pound ...as the regular small quail but have three times as much meet and larger eggs.

so do you ever get any of these birds as i would gladly pay for some of thier eggs or the birds if you can get them
