seedlings and mould

why do most of my few day old seedling have a fury mould on them? too much watering? too humid? After a few more days the appear to be all ok.. odd

Too much water in damp conditions.

Small white fuzz that goes as seeds start to grow and has no ill effect would not be mould.I have noticed this too at times and it seems to happen just before a shoot emerges so I always see it as a good thing..

Thanks for that... got a fair bit of it now and they haven't had much water/etc..
