Just planted four rows of potatoes yesterday do I need to water these every three days I water than yesterday after planting them. Thanks

If they are in the ground, you don't need to water them.

You don't particularly need to water them just after planting. However, if it's still very dry later on, when the potatoes are forming, then it is not a bad idea to water from then.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I only start watering when the potato plants are a good 2' tall and have been ridged up a couple of times & they'll get a good soaking every couple of weeks until the foliage starts to die back.
