Planted mine ( Black Beauty) at the end of March, started of in a heated prop ten into secondary greenhouse within a greenhouse and now on the staging ( unheated greenhouse)
The greenhouse is a lean to against a brick wall so never gets below a few degrees so no frost.
They are not leggy, and have just planted a few more to see how they compare later.
Favourite way to cook? Quick sizzle on the barbeque. Delicious.

I  still have a courgette from last years crop............... Sort of courgette anyway, about 16" long and 10" round............Still looks healthy and very firm......No-one wants it so I keep it out of sympathy.
