Chilli expert grower advice please

I haven't pinched out any of mine. They seem to naturally grow a stem which splits in two, then the buds come from the joints from there upwards.

If you pick the green ones you should get a second flush of flowers. Only worth it if you use um green though. Wait a week or two and they'll change colour. You'll still get a second lot of flowers if you pick them after they change. Some of my sweet peppers are on their third batch.
