I planted some 40 plug plants I was given in September 2008 which I did not know what they were.  So this spring I have had 5 PSB plants which have been and still are producing loads.  I had lots of plants disappear without trace but 2 plants which never really grew have started to grow about 5 weeks ago and now I have 2 baby caulis about 2 inches across.  Do I crop them for Sunday dinner or see if they gow larger?
Time waits for no man and I can't wait for growth.

Folding the tops over will stop the sun yellowing them but hey will still continue to develop so you need to cut them when ready or you will loose them. They keep quite well in the bottom of the fridge.

That is one of the problems with caulis, they  usually all come at once.
