I notice from previous posts that many people buy their seeds and seed potatoes from wilkos etc.Down on our site we buy all our supplies through the allotment society, they in turn bulk purchase on our behalf and we end up with massive savings.Do anybody else do this

we dont have any allotments here, so i would normally get all my seeds from wilkos, but the father in law has a lotty where theres a association shop, so got most seeds there this year, they were half the shop price. Going through to the shop to get me spuds soon as i can

Yes, our Swindon Allotment Association puts in a bulk order to Kings Seeds and we get 40% off.  Not a bad catalogue either!

I got 4Kg of Pentland Javelin today for £4. And that is in the posh south allotment shed.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Yup I'm seed co-ordinator for our local lottie association - did our order through King's seeds - very good value for money for plotholders and for association funds too.

Now my dining room is full of seed spuds waiting for a spare five minutes to distribute them all.

Hi,
We got all ours from B&Q. two bags for £5. so works out at only £1 per kilo. Have not seen anywhere else this cheap. But hurry as they have nearly sold out.
