Could the problem be because of molting

Could the problem be because of molting

My chicken who is holding her head and neck in a strange S shape appears to be dropping feathers and today I found the dinkiest egg (3cm long) not sure it was from her though. Could all this be due to molt, or could the others be pulling her feathers out? Would value your views.

If it is feather plucking I would think that the skin would look sore.  One of my hens had finished molting but still had a baldy bottom.  On further inspection it seems that the others are feather plucking so I have sprayed her bottom with purple spray.  This help the skin to heal and puts them off pecking at her.
