They look lovely  :)  Some good weather like this, and free ranging, and a healthy diet will get them in tip top shape in no time. You can give them some daily greens, not too many at once mind, and their condition will improve.

thanks I feed them layers pellets and mash mixed with water in the morning and my vet said to feed then the corn and grain in the evening as it takes longer to digest but I was wondering about quantity they seem to eat everything I put out for them is there a rule of thumb of the quantity in weight each chicken should have per day ?

The layers pellets should be left for them to eat as much as they want during the day.  If you are feeding mixed corn it is best as your vet said on an evening and only in small amounts.  :)

yes I put the pellets in a chicken feeder and it is usually nearly empty by the end of the day ...maybe I should just fill it up ...they all lay an egg a day still....thanks

Yes, fill it up with the layers pellets as they will only eat what they want. Take the pellets indoors at night.

Think of corn as buns!  Treat only as it will make them fat and lay fewer eggs if they get too much. They will eat corn in favour of their layers and you don't want that  :)
