I grew far too many courgettes last year. It became a bit of a joke, but it did give me a chance to try all sorts of courgette recipes.

Hubby drew the line at Courgette and Chocolate Cake. He thought I was getting a bit too like the mad old lady on Vicar if Dibley. I shouldn't have told him what was in it, but the green bits gave it away anyway  ::)

"Green bits" - just telll him it was lime  ;)  Fooled my hubby, although it was a courgette & lime cake!
