Onion problem

Onion problem

My onions which were started on Boxing day are starting to yellow at the tips of the leaves, some leaves are yellowing and dying off, can anybody help please.

Do they need feeding? Nitrogen I think?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

That was my first guess aswell Yorkie, there not getting pot bound are they?

Thanks, They aren't really pot bound but I haven't fed them yet. I will start feeding and see if that helps. Might move them up a pot size too.

I wouldn't say mine were even as big as blades of grass, actually. I'm very tempted to give up on these onion seeds and stick some sets in.
