main course - roast lamb, gravy, mint sauce, roast spuds (proper crispy ones) runner beans, carrots, broad beans, roast parsnips, peas, red cabbage, brussels, mashed peppery swede, roast onions and a bit of my mums suet crust

I'll have this for starter, main and dessert, but with yorkshire pudding instead of suet crust and a couple of bottles of really good red wine. :)
Cheese makes everything better.

I'll just go for the wine, why not? Better to go not knowing anything about it than full and full of wind.  Reading some of the chicken chat about with holding food it makes sense.

white crab meat and mayo for starter, followed by grilled sea bream salad with rocket, potato wedges then it's a toss up between bannoffee pie and blackforest gateau with real cherries and whipped cream....and i know it's wrong with fish but still gotta have red wine.
And can i finish with coffee laced with Ameretto and some ameretti biscuits.....then i can die happy :D......but only if I must :(

Confit of duck starter, rack of lamb with all the trimmings including maple roast parsnips, lemon sorbet to clear the palette (and postpone the whole dying bit!), creme brulee, cheese board, coffee (preferably Irish) and chocs.

And look on thre bright side, someone else is going to be doing the washing up!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

Okay, I'll be the weirdo!  My starter would be seafood pasta in marinara sauce with lots of parmesano cheese, she crab soup, and lovely warm rolls.  My main would be a traditional American Thanksgiving dinner (turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, relish tray, cranberry sauce, candied sweet potatoes, and cream cheese stuffed celery sticks), and my dessert would be a Boatsinker pie or my mother's sour apple pie with struesel topping and a big dollop of homemade vanilla ice cream.  A Boatsinker pie is a chocolate biscuit crust, coffee flavoured ice cream, caramel layer, chopped pecans, and then chocolate sauce drizzled over.  Whipped cream on top!
When I die I will slide in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand and chocolate in the other, screaming, "Whooo hooo!  What a ride!" as life is to be enjoyed to the fullest!
