Fabulous diagram!

I've been out tonight and had another look, it's not a thriving plant at all. Would it be a good idea to perhaps make a small cloche over it until the weather perks up (it's very cold at the moment).

Or is that mollycoddling too much?
First timer, NOT enjoying the backache anymore!

my courgettes are also just sitting there, nothing wrong, proto.male and female buds in place but probablywaiting(aren`t we all!) for warm weather. If you cloche it ,then uncover etc. you will not help the plant ,best to leave alone,be patient and pray for better weather!

All my cucurbits are sitting there doing not a lot. I intend just to let nature take it's course. (Plus the fact I've got too many to cover      )
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Personally, I would not grow courgettes in the greenhouse, left to their own devices outside they can grow upwards of 4-5 feet across and need a lot of space to get the full benefit of the crop.

However, that's me and I know others have had success inside.

Yes, all the flowers look like male ones, but I'm sure some females will be along in due course!

My outside ones are starting to take off now, so fingers crossed.

You should get away with it, they look decent plants. Don't put 'em straight in- harden them off first. Few days outside, daytime only, few days outside all the time, then into the ground.

AND - I've saved my 2000th post just for you!
