Hi, Usual problem over supply of courgettes, worse this year.  Only space left in Kitchen - out with the wine! in with the courgettes.

I had a similar glut, and 'similar' solution - 1 gallon of courgette wine brewing happily in the airing cupboard!  It'll go on the wine rack a bit later than yours.........
