anyone else staying rurally seen foxes roam in afternoon? I had a near miss at 5pm. my wee boy came in saying he seen a "wolf" and at that point my girls all went mad (same noise they made during a fox attack during the night in spring) Just wondered are the foxes cubbing again? or might this be a freak attack? or was is indeed a WOLF! lol

It is always dangerous to become complacent about foxes. We have had attacks in the middle of the village at lunch time. They can and do attack at any time!

A fully grown cub leaving the den does not know the rules that they are meant to obey................especially if they are hungry!

Mr Fox here in Sudbury had been chased across our lawn by next doors cat at 10.15 am on a Saturday morning and then I caught him stalking the girls then my 3 mini lop bunnies at 3.30 last Friday afternoon.  No time is safe.
