seed saving
« on: July 19, 2012, 22:29 »
hi when it come to saving seed from biannual veg is it best to keep them in a dedicated  bed for the whole time or transplant within the crop rotation cycle. I don't have anything started yet and hope to start next season

thanks

I'd leave it where it's growing now as many veg just don't transplant well once mature.

For future seed saving, it would be ideal to dedicate a bed for a few seed plants of whatever you want.
