One of my girls spent a lot of yesterday in the nest box  and has been in there for a lot of today, do you think she could be egg bound - and if so, what can I do about it???

Could she be broody? any other symptons?

She was very subdued yesterday and just not her usual perky self. I've just been to check on her and she is out of the box and looking a lot livelier........and she has left behind a very big and very warm egg.
