I have a Buff Suusex who was snuffling a bit  but otherwise Ok  She does get bullied by the others tho even tho she is the biggest.  I rang the vet & described the symptoms and he thought it might be Mycoplasma. He told me to call in for some anti biotics.  He gave me enough to do the whole flock (6 inc cockerel)  twice each and charged me £4.00  !!!

That's amazing.  Wished I lived in Brecon!  Make sure he gets added to the good vet guide.

Well its a very rural area and they are mainly 'Farm' vets although  they do look after domestic pets. Most of the vets are young and its a new practise and they appreciate that you cant always afford £15 a visit for a sick chicken when all it needs really is anti biotics  especially if you have tried all the usual things...
