Last year it was the cat leaping on the window sill and knocking off a seedtray of seedlings. Not too much of a panic....
This year I had 18 different sorts of tomato (140 seeds) sown a few days ago, labelled clearly because some were sharing trays. Took AGES.
Ungainly teenage son opened the sliding patio door (why was he opening the door?)which knocked into the shelving unit which fell over.
Compost all over the carpet and labels everywhere.....
Luckily some tubs (I use plastic fruit cartons) were totally unmoved by the experience and by the position of the compost piles and labels on the floor I could deduce, Watson, what some others were. The rest hasve been swept up and deposited in a large tub. I shall call it "pot luck"and the seeds are probably all at the bottom. Or still in the carpet.
 Ho hum....Best laid plans of mice and men and all that....
Could've been worse.....

I have just rescued mine from the greenhouse as the wind has blown out the poly windows again !
