This year I've decided to focus on growing more of the crops I know that work and that will get eaten. Much more focus on planting to avoid gluts and get quantity up through the season.

Can't remember all the varietals.

Onions  - Sturon
Garlic -
Lettuce - Grandpa Admire's and Reine de Glaces
Parsnips - Tender and True
Carrots - 2 orange, one yellow and one white
Beetroot - Sanguina
Calabrese -
Peas - Telephone, Champion of England
Spinach
Cauliflower
Beans - dwarf - these were fantastic last year and by far the favourite, so much so that I won't bother with the climbing types this year.
Swede -
Potatoes - Charlotte and International Kidney, maybe some King Edward too.

I might add a squash of some sort if there's some space/spare manure.

Rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries and blackcurrants too.
