Planning on dispatching the last two turkeys that were intended for Christmas but escaped the chop in December. Will they have become tough? I plan to give one away to a friend for a big family occasion, but if it might a bit chewy, then i'd prefer not to.

just make sure you hang them for a week and they will be fine i always save a few for easter!
