« on: February 24, 2012, 20:36 »
Hi all, I need help to find 2 varieties of onion that I wish to try and grow, seen them on Raymond Blancs "hungry French man" tv program
1st one is Mulhouse which is a very strong French variety
2nd one is "chicken thigh" I don't know proper name, but this is a very long red onion variety

Regards

No idea but welcome to the site  :D

'oh la laa'

was saying to the wife the other night how Raymond Blanc used to be one of my heroes when I was a teen .. along with the Roux brothers.

I was a very strange teen.

Anyways, I think this may be the Cuisse de poulet - ooh la la
