hi i have just hatched 2 khaki campbell ducklings, they are 4 days old and currently on chick crumbs, they are having a swim twice a day and got plenty of food and water, so hopefully doing everything right there.
 Just wondering when they need to switch to next stage food and what to give them, are chicken growers pellets ok? And can they have chicken layers pellets as a last stage feed?
How old do they have to be before they can move down the allotment (think a while yet cos of the weather) but whats the best age?
Have searched the internet but there is a lot of conflicting advice, any advice greatly appreciated, thanks

first of all is their feed unmedicated? I believe that is what ducklings should be on.

I use the smallholder range for our chickens and they also do a growers feed for ducks (all cocci free, because as Joyful said ducks cannot have it)

(Of no use really but I emailed them recently with a query on a bag of food, (I'd been given Ornamental rather than Growers) and they were very helpful!)

Yes the feed is unmedicated, my local pet store doesn`t stock duck feed just chicken, so hoping chicken feed will suffice.
