hi new to this allotment lark, just wondering what i could plant now, and over winter months. any help will be appreciated!!

I've just sown some pak choi, autumn king carrots and turnips which will be harvested before the weather gets too bad. Sow early cabbage for spring either as greens or hearted cabbage a bit later. You can also sow winter lettuce/salads .
In a month or 2 you could put in overwintering (also called japanese)onions for harvest next year. Don't plant too many of these though as they don't store very well.
