Flowering beans, how long until ready? (New to beans)

I have been growing beans for the first time this year, I have lots of lovely orange flowers but have no idea how long they take to grow. I go away on Sunday and am hoping to come back to loads of beans, is this unrealistic?

I'd have thought a week or 10 days?
