is it to late to grow onions from seeds

hi all im new to growing veg and and i have done a raised bed in the garden i have just planted some carrots beetroots and onions all from seed. but i have just read the sowing chart on this forum and it looks like i am to late to grow onions. is this right or will they still have time to grow? cheers danny.
