leafy greens
« on: June 20, 2011, 21:00 »
I harvested a cabbage that is very leafy and immature. It tasted very strong and bitter - will that improve with age - or is it the variety?
thanks

What variety & when was it planted?
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Not all that helpful then!

I'd wait for it to heart up - that's what cabbages do - that bit's tastier.
