I'm not much into flowers but got free Gladioli corms via the Focus daily giveaway several weeks ago - I planted 15cm (6 inch) apart as stated and they are pushing through thick and fast and I am just wondering if they should be a bit further apart - or is it normal to grow them this close together?

That's about the right spacing.

They need to be quite deep though - up to 8" is recommended.

If their large flowered glads  you'll have to think about supporting the flowers too

Hi Sion01 - it didn't say they were large flowered but I will keep a watch as they are growing
